Corona Santiago High of California teammates Rylee Blade, a junior, and sophomore Braelyn Combe finished first and third, respectively, in the Division 1 girls final at the CIF Southern Section Championships at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut. Blade covered the adjusted 3-mile rain course layout in 15:32.8 and Combe clocked 16:32.4 for the Sharks, who placed five scorers in the top 30 to capture their first girls section title in program history with a 49-65 victory against Trabuco Hills High.
